  1. What is the cost of shipping?
    We offer free shipping throughout Sweden!

  2. What is the delivery time?
    Delivery time is usually between 5–20 days, depending on your location and selected shipping option. Some products may have longer delivery times, which will be stated in the product description.

  3. What is your return policy?
    We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.

  4. Do you offer free returns?
    Yes, we offer free returns for all orders within Sweden. For returns from other regions, additional charges may apply.

  5. How do I return a product?
    To return a product, please contact us via email at zokurosverige@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions for the return process. Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

  6. When will I receive my refund after a return?
    Once we have received your return and verified that the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund. This typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt. Your refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.

  7. What should I do if my product is defective or damaged?
    If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with pictures and a description of the issue. We will assist you in receiving either a replacement product or a refund.

  8. Can I change or cancel my order?
    You can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

  9. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and Swish. Other payment options will be presented at checkout.

  10. Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery until it reaches your door.
